[求医问药] 本人35，标准宅男，没做过爱。以前经常看黄色小说，自慰，自慰刚硬了就泄了，是不是有问题啊

我以前也这样，甚至影响到刚结婚时的那段时间，差点儿出现心理障碍，吃什么药都不管用。
后来听医生劝告，戒撸（但不戒正常做爱），加强体育锻炼，然后就自然痊愈了。
其实撸比正常做爱更伤身体，别说刚硬就射，有些时候不硬都会射，很伤身体。
