首先一点，看介绍不论是正常状态还是勃起状态，包皮能够翻起露出龟头，那么可以确定一点，恭喜你了，你不需要做包皮手术。接下啦就是小问题了。我个人认为，不论勃起或正常状态，龟头因露出来是常态。至于你的担心完全是不必要也不存在。固然摩擦会一定程度有可能减低敏感度，注意我这里是有可能。有多多少少男性包皮都退下龟头外露，性交不受任何影响。所以这个顾虑不必要。其次，龟头外露容易清洁，性交时风险极小。从医学角度看，建议你经常用手把包皮退至冠状沟，时间一长包皮就不会上翻了。谢谢理解。
