补肾……最近得了痛风，由于高尿酸的话，对肾是有损伤的。关注了这一块才知道，为什么那么多肾功能损伤、肾衰竭的。那是因为我们的肾损伤是不可逆的，也就是说，比方我们的肾出生以后，功能是100%，如果有一天，肾损伤，功能只有50%了，你想通过治疗，再提升肾功能是不可能的。我们平时只能注意养生，不要给肾脏增加负担。希望看到的老司机们注意啊！！！
