怎么提升威望？

如题，上次好像在资源区求资源，被扣威望了，然后现在300积分，一级，正常不是250二级吗？求助版主和大佬是因为威望-1原因生不了级吗？有没有什么解决办法

也就是说也就说我得500金币才能两级吗
